USDA breeders are inspected by the United States Department of Agriculture at random. There are many requirements for a breeder to be USDA licensed. For example, kennel size, temperature, humidity, and all animals are vet inspected, and up to date on vaccinations as required by law. Hobby breeders are usually small breeders that have one or two litters a year and have less than 3 breeding females on their premises. We also transport our puppies ourselves.
We have a request book in store that we try and help customers find certain breeds, or you can visit our special requests page to fill out an inquiry. We ask for a 2 week period to allow us to look for available litters.
Every puppy in our care stays with us until they find a family that is the right match. Most puppies are never here more then a week or two.
Our puppies stay in the cribs in the store with their sibling or another puppy and listen to lullabies until we come in to take care of them in the morning. This helps with crate training for when they go home with their new family.
Most of our puppies are AKC, ACA, APRI, PRA, IOEBA, ICA, CKC, ICCF. Some of the mixed breeds are ICA and other mixed breeds are not registered. But these are labeled on their cage cards.
The return policy is 48 hours to bring a puppy back and a $500.00 rehoming fee.
We accept CREDIT, DEBIT, FINANCING, CASH, or CHECKS. If you are interested in financing, please visit our financing page.
We take a 24 hour deposit for $200.00 non-refundable.
We allow customers to socialize with the puppies but if they are just playing it is a 3 puppy limit per group and one group per visiting station in the store. This is to limit the time the puppies are pulled out of the cribs and allow them to rest.
